On Saturday, July 18, Lake Minnetonka Eats was featured on Kare 11! We talked about the book, the food and dining scene around Lake Minnetonka and the cookbook launch event held on July 21.
Then Chef J.J. from Bayside Grille made the Smoked Gouda & Lager Fondue recipe from the book. He was nervous but was such a good sport! Everything went well and we all had fun. Afterwards the Kare11 staff got to try the dish - all were very happy!
