'Lake Minnetonka Eats' Author Celebrates Book Release
Mound resident Tiffany Winter celebrated the release of her book “Lake Minnetonka Eats” on July 22 at her book signing event at Bayview Event Center.
The event featured food from Excelsior restaurants such as Jake O’Connor’s, Coalition and Victor’s on Water that appear in the book. Some of the recipes Winter’s book combines her love of food and Lake Minnetonka.
“It was so wonderful to see everyone who turned out,” said Winter.
The 128-page hardcover book features not only recipes but also photos of the food and restaurants and information about food-focused area events and local farm-to-table options.
Restaurants with recipes in the book include Dakota Junction, Lafayette Club, Lord Fletcher’s, Scotty B’s, The Narrows Saloon, Excelsior Brewing Company, Al & Alma’s and more.
The book is available at lakeminnetonkaeats.com and local area gift shops.
