Lunds & Byerlys has asked me to do book signings at eight of their locations! Come get a book signed while you pick up your groceries! Chef Eli Wollenzien from Coalition in Excelsior prepared savory peach dishes on Twin Cities Live and they talked about the Lake Minnetonka Eats Cookbook Launch Event!  Eli is such a great person and I am so glad that I have gotten to know him through working on the cookbook. He's been so supportive of me and I hope that I am helping him by introducing new people to his restaurant through reading about it in the book! 

On Saturday, July 18, Lake Minnetonka Eats was featured on Kare 11! We talked about the book, the food and dining scene around Lake Minnetonka and the cookbook launch event held on July 21.

Then Chef J.J. from Bayside Grille made the Smoked Gouda & Lager Fondue recipe from the book. He was nervous but was such a good sport! Everything went well and we all had fun. Afterwards the Kare11 staff got to try the dish - all were very happy!
