Chef Eli Wollenzien from Coalition in Excelsior prepared savory peach dishes on Twin Cities Live and they talked about the Lake Minnetonka Eats Cookbook Launch Event! Eli is such a great person and I am so glad that I have gotten to know him through working on the cookbook. He's been so supportive of me and I hope that I am helping him by introducing new people to his restaurant through reading about it in the book!
