Tiffany Winter will give a presentation about how she got the idea to create the Lake Minnetonka Eats book, the process she went through putting it together and will tell stories about the restaurants in the book. Chef Eli Wollenzien from Coalition in Excelsior prepared savory peach dishes on Twin Cities Live and they talked about the Lake Minnetonka Eats Cookbook Launch Event! Eli is such a great person and I am so glad that I have gotten to know him through working on the cookbook. He's been so supportive of me and I hope that I am helping him by introducing new people to his restaurant through reading about it in the book!
