Tiffany Winter will give a presentation about how she got the idea to create the Lake Minnetonka Eats book, the process she went through putting it together and will tell stories about the restaurants in the book. She will also answer any questions the audience has. Books will be available for purchase and Tiffany will sign the books. This event will be held at The Gillespie Center in Mound. The event featured food from Excelsior restaurants such as Jake O’Connor’s, Coalition and Victor’s on Water that appear in the book. Chef Eli Wollenzien from Coalition in Excelsior prepared savory peach dishes on Twin Cities Live and they talked about the Lake Minnetonka Eats Cookbook Launch Event!  Eli is such a great person and I am so glad that I have gotten to know him through working on the cookbook.
